本服务中心由市残联1999年批准组建的服务型企业，注册资金30万元，主要和宝尔通助听器厂方联合开发国产助听器的销售工作并经营德国西门子、奥德声，丹麦瑞声达、奥迪康，美国斯达克等世界名优助听器。拥有声学专家一名、验配师两名，维修技术人员两名，经验丰富的销购人员五名。本中心是经机构批准的福利型企业，在对福利型企业的特殊照顾下，本着“为残疾人服务，帮老年人解忧”的宗旨，为千万残疾人带去福音。
